We are looking for a Communication Support Worker with BSL at Level 3 or above on a fixed term contract to the end of June 2026. You will have an interest in working with deaf learners who are 16-19 and be able to work collaboratively with teaching staff to engage and inspire young people to reach their full potential. You will play an important role in promoting inclusion and will support the college community by increasing awareness and understanding of SEND.
