Job summary

Oxfordshire County Council, in partnership with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, seeks a Communication and Interaction Advisory Support Worker to help children and young people with communication and interaction differences, including autism, thrive in mainstream education.

You will work with Specialist Advisory Teachers, schools and families to develop inclusive practices that enable participation and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with Communication and Interaction differences in mainstream schools.
• Deliver targeted interventions and coach school staff to develop understanding and expertise.
• Collaborate with families, education professionals and partner agencies to ensure joined-up support.
