BUILD Programme

Job summary

Bosch UK offers a 12‑month internship based at the Denham office for undergraduates studying Business Studies or Marketing. You will participate in a structured learning path within the BUILD Programme and gain hands‑on experience across marketing activities.

You will support campaigns, create digital marketing materials, contribute to SEO/PPC, and help manage the garage network. This is an excellent launchpad for a career in marketing and communications.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Studies or Marketing and aiming to gain hands‑on experience.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Well organised, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to plan, implement and finish projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaigns with marketing agencies.
• Create digital marketing materials and content for social media.
• Assist SEO and PPC activities to drive traffic to Bosch sites.
• Support garages by providing marketing tools for network development.
• Check and approve garages joining the network and manage the approval process.
• Set up new garages in the programme and coordinate signage/workwear.
• Help with purchase orders for marketing campaigns and maintain supplier records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on Bosch initiatives.
• Maintain the Bosch Car Service website and workshop portal.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating campaigns with marketing agencies
• Creating digital marketing material i.e. newsflash updates and content creation for social media platforms.
• Involvement in SEO and PPC to drive traffic to the BCS website.
• Handling garage requests, supporting them with marketing tools to contribute to the development of the network and their business.
• Checking and approving garages wanting to join the network.
• Implementing the approval process and maintaining our garage database.
• Setting up new garages in the scheme, coordinating signage, workwear, sending out support packs.
• Involvement in setting up purchase orders for various BCS marketing campaigns.
• Database maintenance, input and manipulation, to keep an accurate record of all those involved in the concept and communicating this with suppliers.
• Weekly and monthly reports regarding Bosch initiatives.
• Regular maintenance of the Bosch Car Service website alongside the workshop portal used by the garage network.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a degree level qualification in Business Studies / Marketing (or related).

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning inJune 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.

As an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face‑to‑face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
