Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is hiring an experienced Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Bromley-by-Bow. You will clean and maintain communal areas across residential estates, delivering a high-quality service to residents and visitors.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, with a values-driven culture and opportunities for development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard in professional environments.
• Good understanding of cleaning equipment, materials and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks while following cleaning schedules.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining communal internal and external areas, including entrances, stairwells, corridors, landings and bin stores.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting and litter picking to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Carrying out routine inspections of communal areas and reporting any health and safety concerns, damage or maintenance issues.
• Managing waste and recycling areas, including bin rotations and ensuring refuse areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Working to agreed cleaning schedules and service standards while delivering a professional and reliable service to residents and visitors.
