Job summary

Pinnacle Group in West Derby is seeking a dedicated Communal Cleaner for a retirement living scheme. The role is part-time at 13 hours per week, with shifts Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00-12:00, and Tuesday/Thursday 9:00-11:00, and offers weekly pay.

You will clean communal internal and external areas, manage waste, check lighting, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents. DBS clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Good physical health is essential for bending, stairs and lifting tasks.
• Basic COSHH and Health and Safety knowledge is required.
• Strong communication skills to speak with residents.
• Satisfactory Basic DBS is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs and courtyards.
• Remove dumped refuse and manage waste in appropriate areas.
• Check lighting and replace blown bulbs as needed.

# Communal Cleaner## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group are recruiting a dedicated Communal Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at a retirement living scheme. You will join our Soft Services Cleaning Team, based at a housing complex in Sandfield Hey, West Derby, L12.Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.The complex is spread over 2 floors and will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
