The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 am–12 noon, with immediate start and weekly pay. Temp contract in Soft FM, based at Joseph Williams Mews, Belle Vale L25. Salary £12.71 per hour, with statutory benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Good physical health is essential due to the nature of the tasks.
• Experience in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety.

• Strong communication skills are vital to speak with residents.

# Communal Cleaner## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group are recruiting a dedicated Communal Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at a retirement living scheme. You will be joining our Soft Services Cleaning Team, based at a housing complex at Joseph Williams Mews, *Belle Vale L25.* Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care. The complex is spread over 2 floors and will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
