Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities at a large housing site in Welwyn Garden City.

You'll perform sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, working as part of our Soft FM Cleaning Team.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail and good communication with residents; we offer a supportive culture and benefits.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
• Removing dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.
