Cohere is seeking a Product & Technology Communications Manager to shape how we tell our AI story. You’ll translate complex tech into accessible narratives and partner with product, research, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to highlight Cohere’s technology.

In a fast‑growing, remote‑friendly environment, you’ll craft launches, frameworks, FAQs and executive talking points, while building cross‑functional relationships and guiding crisis communications when needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in product and technology communications or technical content
• Exceptional writing with ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience partnering with product and engineering leaders
• Understanding of enterprise AI or developer ecosystems
• Organised, detail‑oriented with strong PM skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast‑growth environment
• Experience with product launches or developer communications
• Ability to build cross‑functional relationships

Responsibilities

• Develop product and technology communications strategies aligned to goals
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and modeling leaders to craft messaging
• Lead launches, create messaging frameworks, FAQs, press materials, exec talking points
• Translate technical concepts into clear content for customers, partners, analysts, media
• Collaborate with corporate comms to elevate technical leadership and momentum
• Align product marketing, developer content, and external communications
• Support thought leadership for executives in product, research, and modeling
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine messaging
• Prepare and support crisis and issues communications with relevant teams
