Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. in London is seeking a London-based Product Control professional to support daily P&L production across Precious Metals, LME, FXPB and OTC businesses, reconciling trading systems to accounting ledgers and strengthening control frameworks.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent and 5+ years in financial control within financial services, with a focus on daily P&L, risk reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent in financial services.
• 5+ years in Product Control / Financial Control within finance.
• Experience with daily product accounting for derivatives, physicals and FX.
• Experience in a regulated environment with controls around duties.
• Experience in monthly and daily P&L and risk reporting.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and general ledger.
• Proficient in identifying process improvements and delivering P&L explanations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily P&L production for multiple businesses globally.
• Reconcile trading systems to accounting systems for revenue and client balances.
• Perform accounting and reporting activities throughout the month.
• Validate and reconcile monthly results; post month-end adjustments.
• Assist with implementing processes and control enhancements.
• Contribute to cross-product initiatives and trade validation and reporting.
• Balance sheet analysis and substantiation; update month-end tools.
• Respond to audit-related queries and support system migrations.
