BAUS is seeking a Committees Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Governance and Committees Lead in central London. Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Reports to: Governance and Committees Lead
Annual leave: 25 days annual, plus bank holidays and normally days off between Christmas and New Year

You will administer the full cycle of Committee elections, appointments, awards, fellowships and bursaries, including maintaining schedules, preparing nomination and voting processes, collating applications, communicating outcomes and keeping accurate records.
The role will also provide practical meeting management and general administrative support, including preparing meeting packs, arranging logistics, maintaining contact lists and attendance records, supporting inbox management and ensuring governance information is accurate, accessible and up to date.
