Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Commissioning Manager for a flagship data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. You will lead commissioning of critical MEP systems through to handover, coordinating with subcontractors and client representatives to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a strong engineering background, proven data centre commissioning experience, IST knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 5+ years leading data centre commissioning
• Proven experience commissioning HV/LV, UPS, generators and cooling systems
• Data centre commissioning experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of integrated systems testing (IST)
• Excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills
• Relevant electrical safety and site safety training

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key role leading commissioning of critical mechanical and electrical systems through to handover.
