Job summary

Zenobē Energy Limited is seeking a Commissioning Lead to steer the on-site and off-site commissioning of EV charging and energy storage projects. You will manage SW configuration, CMS integration, testing, and qualification criteria across multiple sites, ensuring rigorous handover readiness.

You will build and own commissioning processes, work with procurement on SOWs, and lead a small technical team through change, focusing on quality, safety and timely delivery across territories.

Qualifications

• Hands-on commissioning experience with EV charging or energy storage systems.
• Experience building or defining a commissioning process from scratch.
• Ability to write and define what other teams owe before work can start.
• Experience leading a technical team through change and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning team across on-site and off-site activities, including SW configuration and testing.
• Define exit and acceptance criteria for projects before handover.
• Develop repeatable commissioning processes and ensure quality standards.
• Define SOW inputs for commissioning and inform contractor RFQs.
