Commissioning Engineer – Electrical Testing

Salary: Starting from £44,000+ (Based on experience, including car allowance)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and document electrical installations on large new build projects
• Use the latest testing equipment to ensure the highest possible standards
• Input and manage data using GMES software to ensure accuracy and security
• Work on-site at major construction projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Travel and work away from home depending on project location (all travel and accommodation covered)

Who We’re Looking For

• CSCS ECS Gold Card
• City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) – Inspection & Testing Qualification
• BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Proven experience in commercial electrical testing
• Strong understanding of UK electrical regulations and safety standards
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel
• Minimum one year of previous experience in commercial electrical testing
• Experience working in a supervisor role
