  • Drafting Level 4 Test Scripts and Site Observation Reports, documenting observations accurately and providing clear action plans.
  • Conducting weekly commissioning and client meetings, maintaining effective communication channels throughout construction.
  • Managing and updating the Commissioning Tracker, ensuring all commissioning activities are tracked and progress is well-monitored.
Acceptance Phase
  • Overseeing Level 4 Commissioning across various systems, coordinating with project teams to resolve any issues promptly.

  • Drafting Level 5 Test Scripts and leading the Pre-Integrated Systems Testing Meeting, ensuring a smooth transition to the final commissioning phase.
  • Coordinating Level 5 Commissioning and producing the preliminary report, highlighting successes, and identifying areas for improvement.
Handover Phase
  • Coordinating system training data collection, ensuring end-users receive the necessary training for efficient system operation.
  • Reviewing Operations & Maintenance procedures, validating their completeness and accuracy.
