Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Commis Waiter or Waitress to join our luxury dining team. You will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service across every stage of the guest journey and work closely with the Chef de Rang and senior service team to maintain the highest standards.

This role offers a structured 40-hour week, opportunities to develop within a world-class brand, and a competitive package including service charges in a vibrant London location.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service.
• Deliver food, beverages and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations and restaurant areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention to detail.
• Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines and beverages.
• Support Four Seasons service standards at all times.
• Contribute positively to a professional, collaborative team culture.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Commis Waiter or Waitress to join the team.

The role

As a Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Working closely with the Chef de Rang and senior service team, you will assist with the preparation and maintenance of the restaurant, support service delivery, and help ensure every guest receives the warm, attentive, and personalised experience for which Four Seasons is renowned.

What You Will Do

• Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service
• Support the team by delivering food, beverages, and guest requests promptly and professionally

• Previous experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Ability to perform in a fast paced service environment
• Good spoken English
• Right to Work in the UK

• Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
