• Support the waiting team to ensure seamless and efficient service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and colleagues during service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and sommelier teams.
• Assist with opening, closing and side duties.
• Uphold the exceptional service standards expected at MA/NA.
