Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
• A genuine passion for restaurants and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the waiting team to ensure seamless and efficient service.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain mise en place and service stations.
• Reset and present tables to the highest standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and colleagues during service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and sommelier teams.
• Assist with opening, closing and side duties.
• Uphold the exceptional service standards expected at MA/NA.
