Job summary

RB Holdings is seeking a Commis Waiter for the Upper Floor Restaurant team at 5 Hertford Street, London. You will engage with guests, maintain service standards, and support senior staff during busy service periods.

Shifts run Monday to Saturday with variable times; benefits include generous holiday allowance, private medical and dental insurance, wellbeing days, and staff discounts. Fresh meals are provided on duty and a friend referral bonus is offered.

• Maintain table settings and mise-en-place before, during, and after service.
• Assist the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Support excellent guest service through strong product knowledge.

We are currently seeking a Commis Waiter to join our Upper Floor Restaurant team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:

• Shifts are between Monday - Saturday
• Shift times vary on a rota basis and can fall between 11:00am and 1:00am.
• The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
