A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Commis Chef to work in an exciting new opening project celebrating the very best of open-fire and grill cooking:

• Modern British and American surf & turf brasserie celebrating open-fire and grill cooking, showcasing the best of British produce and seasonal ingredients from the UK
• Lunch and dinner service up to 90 covers – Closed on Mondays
• Collaboration with a famous Michelin star chef

• Fantastic project with a strong team of 20+
• Salary of £30,000 + TRONC
• Great beverage offering showcasing creative cocktails and organic and natural wines
• Rota of 48 hours per week

The ideal Commis chef must have a background in reputable fine dining restaurants, members' clubs, or 5-star hotels. You will be working with top-quality produce, from scratch and up to high standards, under a famous Michelin star chef and a great team.
