Quo Vadis Members Club & Restaurant in Soho, London, invites applications for a Commis Chef. You will work in a historic kitchen renowned for Modern British cuisine, running sections and honing knife skills under experienced chefs.

Qualifications

• One year experience of a high quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role.
• Run sections and have good knife skills.
• Passionate about Modern British Cuisine and seasonality.
• Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards.
• Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen.
• Good command of English language.
• Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues.
