Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join the team at this luxury property in Canary Wharf. You will support the kitchen in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge required.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Good teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen team in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including ingredient preparation, portioning and plating.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation in line with food safety and health & safety standards.
• Learn from senior chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
