Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills and passion for producing high-quality food.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Positive, reliable and team-focused in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
• Taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen per recipes and specs.
• Assisting with stock control, rotation and minimising waste.
• Collaborating with the wider kitchen team during busy service periods.
