Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to inspire and lead the kitchen team. You will create menus reflecting local and global trends and partner with the Restaurant and Bars manager to deliver a coordinated F&B approach.

The role requires strong people management, a passion for guest experiences, and a track record of maintaining high standards in a fast-paced luxury hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a hotel restaurant as Executive Chef or Head Chef (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong people management skills, including recruiting, onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kitchen team to deliver culinary excellence for guests.
• Support operations with team development, management and stock control.
• Collaborate with Restaurant and Bars manager on coordinated F&B approach.
• Develop menus inspired by local, UK and global trends.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety and kitchen cleanliness.
• Encourage training and promotion from within.
