Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is recruiting a Commis Chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will support the kitchen, assist with mise en place, and contribute to outstanding dining experiences in our private members club and hotel outlets.

The role offers a structured development path, exposure to high‑calibre cuisine, and a full‑time 40‑hour week with competitive pay and benefits. A passion for hospitality, good knife skills, and a UK right to work are required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in hotel/club preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and food.
• Food hygiene certification is advantageous.
• Good knife skills and basic culinary techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Good spoken English and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place in line with recipes and standards.
• Support the kitchen team during service across the Club’s dining outlets.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
• Follow HACCP and health and safety procedures.
• Support stock rotation and minimise waste.
• Collaborate with the wider culinary team for smooth service.
• Take pride in delivering high quality food with attention to detail.
