Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation and service of dishes to the highest standards
• Ensure all mise en place is stored, date-coded, and rotated in line with food safety policy
• Support the kitchen team during busy services with a positive, can-do attitude
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Learn from experienced chefs and develop your culinary skills
• Carry out all reasonable requests to support smooth kitchen operations
• Suggest ideas that could improve service standards or kitchen procedures
