You will assist in basic food and pastry prep, learn new techniques alongside senior chefs, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills.
• High standard of personal hygiene and food safety awareness.
• Must be a driver with full access to private transport (remote location near Hemel Hempstead).

Responsibilities

• Basic Food & Pastry Prep: Assist in preparation and production of dishes, pastries, and desserts.
• Skill Development: Learn new culinary techniques and gain hands-on experience with senior chefs.
• Kitchen Support: Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the workspace.
• Quality Control: Follow recipes to maintain food consistency and presentation.
• Stock & Inventory: Help manage and restock ingredients as directed by senior staff.
