Apex Hotels in Edinburgh is seeking a committed Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast, lunch and dinner, supporting the Chef de Partie to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction.

We value passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a busy kitchen. Training starts from day one, with a structured 12-week learning journey and opportunities to grow within the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to brand standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction is maintained at all times.
• Prepare mise-en-place for dishes and menus.
• Keep equipment and workspaces clean and hygienic.
• Assist the Chef de Partie with prep and service.
• Maintain section cleanliness and comply with health regulations.
