Qualifications

• Some basic kitchen or food preparation experience
• A basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
• A passion for good food
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• The ability to stay organised during a busy service
• A positive, approachable attitude
• A willingness to listen, learn and develop
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Preparing vegetables, meat, fish and other ingredients
• Cooking and preparing elements of our dishes to the required standard
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
• Helping with deliveries, storage and restocking
• Supporting effective stock rotation and food labelling
• Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Following all food safety, fire safety, health & safety, licensing and company procedures
• Playing your part in creating a kitchen we can all be proud of
