The Bath Priory in Bath seeks a Commis Chef to join our passionate kitchen team. You will help prepare dishes using fresh ingredients and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

We value teamwork, cleanliness and efficient labelling of ingredients. You should be flexible with rosters, and eager to learn our development pathways as you grow with the Brownsword family of hotels.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible with rotas and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of dishes with fresh ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Label and date all prepared foods to ensure freshness.
