The Bath Priory, part of the Brownsword family of hotels, is seeking a Commis Chef to join a passionate kitchen team in Bath. You will support food preparation for our seasonal menus and help maintain high standards in a Georgian hotel with four acres of gardens.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar kitchen environment is preferred.
• Demonstrates teamwork and ability to work under pressure during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food for dishes prepared by the kitchen team.
• Keep the kitchen clean, orderly and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Label, date and store food safely to minimise waste.
