St Austell Brewery’s Locksbrook Inn in Bath is seeking a passionate Commis chef for a part-time role. You’ll support the kitchen team, help prep dishes using locally sourced produce, and ensure consistency in serving high-quality meals to guests.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, be well-organised and adaptable, and help maintain the restaurant’s standard while following procedures and recipes. Flexible working and ongoing training are offered.
