Job summary

The Locksbrook Inn in Bath is seeking a part-time Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll assist in food preparation and work with a team to deliver quality dishes using locally sourced produce.

Qualifications

• Experience as a commis chef or similar in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow procedures.

• Assist in food preparation and maintain kitchen organisation.
• Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency.

Located on the bank of the canal in Lower Weston, the Locksbrook Inn is the perfect pitstop in Bath. The Locksbrook takes pride in being a family-friendly pub serving a delicious range of dishes, alongside proper pints and hand-selected wine.

Part time opportunity! Are you an enthusiastic Commis chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests.As a commis chef you will be assisting in the preparation of food, working as part of the team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
