Locksbrook Inn, part of St Austell Brewery, in Bath, is seeking a part-time chef to join a friendly kitchen team. You will cook with locally sourced produce, ensure correct procedures are followed, and meet dish specifications while contributing to a smooth front-of-house operation.

Located on the bank of the canal in Lower Weston, the Locksbrook Inn is the perfect pitstop in Bath. The Locksbrook takes pride in being a family-friendly pub serving a delicious range of dishes, alongside proper pints and hand-selected wine.

Part-time opportunity! Are you an ambitious Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests. As a chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests..
