Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a Commis Chef to contribute to a busy kitchen, working closely with the prep team to maintain daily par levels. You will be part of a large team, under pressure, taking direction from senior staff to deliver high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
• Follow instructions from Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
