With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this is a substantial, food-led operation with ambitious plans, located in the heart of Grasmere.

As Commis Chef, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes, handling food safety, and working closely with the team to meet recipes

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Manage food safety, storage, labeling and recipes.
• Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house and management teams.
