As an entrant you’ll learn the kitchen areas and procedures, work in a fast-paced team, and have the chance to progress through our DNA pathway toward Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.
