Marston's PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team in Swansea. You will prep, create, and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow.

You'll work in a fast-paced team, deliver great hot food to spec, and have opportunities to progress via our DNA career pathway toward Sous Chef. Enjoy staff discounts and a supportive, friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
