Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in a busy pub kitchen. You’ll help prep and bring our menu to life while learning from senior chefs and owning a section of the kitchen.

We welcome someone with experience in a similar chef role or as a KP who can work well in a fast-paced team and is passionate about delivering great hot food to spec. Flexible hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or as a kitchen porter (KP).
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Deliver great hot food to spec every time.
