Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, owning a small kitchen section and learning during a clear internal career pathway toward Sous Chef.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a passionate team and be supported with development opportunities, a generous benefits package, and flexible hours to fit around your life.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Learn new prepping skills and own a section of the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team with daily operations and standards.
