Job summary

Grosvenor Luton Casino is looking for a committed Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will support the kitchen brigade, help deliver high-quality dishes, and maintain hygiene standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

Working 24/7, you’ll need flexibility to cover nights and weekends, demonstrate HACCP food safety knowledge, and contribute to consistent, great-tasting service for our guests at Grosvenor Luton.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen brigade with prep and mise en place
• Support chefs to deliver high-quality dishes
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with HACCP requirements
