Job summary

Grosvenor Luton Casino is looking for a committed Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will support the kitchen brigade, help deliver high-quality dishes, and maintain hygiene standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

Working 24/7, you’ll need flexibility to cover nights and weekends, demonstrate HACCP food safety knowledge, and contribute to consistent, great-tasting service for our guests at Grosvenor Luton.

As a Commis Chef you’ll work closely with the kitchen team, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and take pride in creating quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

To be successful in this role, you’ll need previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, a strong understanding of food safety standards (including HACCP), and a passion for delivering great service as part of a team.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
