HIDE in London is recruiting an experienced Commis Chef to join the team. You will prepare and cook within your designated section, supporting a Michelin-starred service and working across a kitchen that sources from UK producers.

You will help with stock control, waste management and adherence to health and safety regulations, while enjoying a comfortable air-conditioned environment, staff meals, progression and a lively team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to work across designated sections.
• Understanding of H&S regulations.
