Job summary

The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Commis Chef to help run Levels Café & Lounge at Holyrood. You will prepare a variety of grab-and-go items, soups and hot meals, delivering catering to pre-set recipes while maintaining brand standards.

You will work as part of a busy catering team that serves café customers and events. Reporting to the Kitchen Supervisor, you will be a team player with a passion for food and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a catering environment.
• Ability to prepare grab-and-go items, hot meals, soups and salads.
• Demonstrates teamwork and commitment to brand standards.
