Job summary

Cotswold Inns & Hotels invites you to start a culinary career with our Commis Chef Apprenticeship across the South of England. You will learn food preparation, work in lively kitchens, and be paid while you study a hands-on curriculum.

You’ll study one day per week at college partners, four days in our restaurants or hotels under Head Chefs, with full induction, mentorship, and growth opportunities within Fuller’s Kitchen.

Qualifications

• Determination to succeed in a busy kitchen.
• Interest in developing culinary skills and technique.
• Willingness to learn across different kitchens.
• Passion for cooking and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of food preparation in live kitchen environments.
• Attend college 1 day per week as part of the apprenticeship.
• Work 4 days a week in our restaurants or hotels under Head Chefs.
• Receive mentorship, induction, and world-class training while being paid.
