Cotswold Inns & Hotels invites aspiring cooks to join a Commis Chef Apprenticeship. You’ll learn across Fuller’s Kitchens, study one day per week at a partner college, and be paid while you train.
You'll work four days a week in our restaurants or hotels, mentored by Head Chefs, with opportunities to grow and a focus on fresh, seasonal produce.

You’ll receive training in all aspects of food preparation whilstgaining an insight into some of the liveliest kitchens across the South ofEngland.
Working in a Fuller’s Kitchen is exciting and challenging, but with afull team to support and mentor you, you’ll develop a rich understanding offood and a passion for our fresh, seasonal and local produce. You will study 1 day per week at one of our college partners and receive world-class training while being paid. When you're not at college you will work 4 days a week in one of our selected restaurants or hotels while being mentored by one of our Head Chefs.
