Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking a passionate Commis Chef (1st Floor Kitchen) to join our kitchen team on a 40-hour week, with an immediate start and a focus on delivering memorable five-star service to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the department SOP and in line with company 5-star standards
• To assist in ensuring all mis en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with the company food safety policy
• To assist in completing the daily check list regarding mis en place and food storage.
• To carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with the company red star standards
• Suggests suitable ideas that will improve service standards or operational procedures in the department
