We are currently looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our Pastry Kitchen team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Commis Chef - Pastry your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards.
• To assist in ensuring all mis en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with the company food safety policy.
• To assist in completing the daily check list regarding mis en place and food storage.
• To carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with the company red star standards.
• Ensure understanding and compliance of the hotels food and health and safety policies.
• Receive and act on constructive positive and negative feedback from senior members of the team.
• Suggests suitable ideas that will improve service standards or operational procedures in the department.

You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
