Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie – 1st Floor Kitchen to join our kitchen team on a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule. You will work on the 1st Floor Kitchen, delivering five-star service and memorable experiences to our guests.

The role requires compliance with SOPs, strict food safety practices, and the ability to train junior chefs. We offer development opportunities and a supportive, vibrant work environment in central London.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the department SOP and in line with company red-star standards
• Ensure all mise en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with company food safety policy
• Complete daily food safety check sheet temperature recording and fridge temperatures recording
• Carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with red-star standards
• Train and develop the team below your position including the apprentice chefs to the highest standard in line with departmental standards and SOPs
