Accor UK is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will assist in the preparation of dishes, maintain mise-en-place and uphold food hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work collaboratively with the team, contribute ideas for menus and ensure timely service. Experience in a similar role and strong organisation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen alongside a great team to delight guests.
