Job summary

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, located near Winchester, is seeking a culinary-focused candidate to start their career in our kitchen. You will perform food preparation and basic cooking under supervision, while learning across sections and developing your skills with support from the team.

What will I do?

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.
